We do of course support payment in store. In this case simply review the product you are after and come in to visit and purchase directly. If you wish to check on stock availability before coming, send us a message and we will get back to you ASAP.
If the product you have purchased is not fit for purpose, we will provide a full refund. In this case, the cost of returning the product/s to us is the buyer’s responsibility.
If you have purchased a Sonos product which is faulty, you will need to contact Sonos for support. Sonos will arrange to send a replacement product based on their returns policy.
If you change your mind about the product you have purchased and wish to return it to us unopened, we will provide a refund less a 20% restocking fee. In this case you must arrange to ship / return the product to our warehouse.
