Advanced Replacement Service
Our Advanced Replacement Service gives you peace of mind that should your Eligible Product experience a minor failure within the first 12 Months we will replace it with a brand new unit. Once the faulty item is returned to us by you and has been verified, we will ship out your new unit typically within 3 business days.
The Advanced Replacement Service is offered as an additional service by AudioWhiz and does not affect the included manufacturers Warranty as covered by the manufacturer or your rights as covered by consumer law.
Note: This does not include issues arising from physical damage, not using the product as specified by the manufacturer or software related problems. This does not cover damage sustained from electrical surges.
Delivery services are provided via courier.
All deliveries are sent without Authority To Leave – this ensures that your products are safe.
ATL postage can be arranged, please contact us if you require your products delivered with ATL.
For delivery, please allow up to five business days for the product(s) to arrive.
Refunds are not usually accepted for a change of mind; though we are happy to exchange your products for something else in most circumstances.
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply – these are subject to our own suppliers restocking fees.
Faulty goods are always replaced for a working product. AudioWhiz customers will never be left with a non-working product.
Warranties are in line with official Sonos warranties and guarantees.
We recognize that the privacy of your personal information is important to you. AudioWhiz do not in any way capture or store your payment or credit card details for any transactions, and does not share your details with any 3rd party bodies/organisations. We do not handle your credit card details directly, using a secure Payment Gateway to protect your information. Your security is very important to us, and with AudioWhiz you can purchase in confidence with industry standard Security Encryption (SSL V3.0) processes in place.
Unless you directly give us consent to do otherwise, we will only collect and use your personal information as set out below. AudioWhiz Privacy Statement is intended to represent industry best practice and comply fully with the Privacy Act 1988.

- When you contact us with an enquiry
- Through our website when you place an online order with us
We collect personal information to keep you up to date with any important changes to our website, to notify you of special events, promotions and offers that may be of interest to you and to respond to your queries. We also collect personal information to allow us to manage and fulfill any orders you place with us to give you the best shopping experience possible.
GST & ABN
The Australian GST tax rate applies to all orders delivered within Australia.
International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of you (the client).
If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
